Do you build from my architect’s plans?
Yes. We regularly work from approved drawings and structural details, and we’ll talk to your architect or engineer directly if anything needs clarifying.
Can you build just the shell of the house?
Absolutely. Some clients prefer us to deliver a watertight shell — foundations, walls and roof — and then finish the inside themselves or with their own trades.
Do you work with self-builders?
Yes. We’ll help you plan the programme and budget so the build runs as smoothly as possible.
Do I need planning permission for a new build?
Yes — a new dwelling needs planning permission and Building Regulations approval. If you’re not there yet, we can talk you through the process and recommend local designers.
