Local knowledge
Building from our home base
Holbeach is where MoreSpace Construction is based. It’s a traditional South Holland market town surrounded by farmland and small Fen villages, with homes ranging from period properties around the town centre to bungalows and detached houses with generous plots — ideal for extensions, annexes and outdoor improvements.
Because we’re local, we know the area’s ground conditions, building styles and planning considerations well. From a new kitchen extension in town to a complete garden and driveway makeover in the villages, we’re never far away.
