Walls come out safely, with steel beams installed to your engineer’s design and signed off by Building Control.
Rebuild
Plastering, electrics, plumbing and joinery are sequenced properly, so each trade follows the last smoothly.
Finish & handover
Kitchen, lighting and finishes go in, the house is cleaned through, and we walk round it with you.
