Survey & plan
We walk through the house with you, agree what stays and what goes, and plan the work in a sensible order.
Strip out & structure
Walls come out safely, with steel beams installed to your engineer’s design and signed off by Building Control.
Rebuild
Plastering, electrics, plumbing and joinery are sequenced properly, so each trade follows the last smoothly.
Finish & handover
Kitchen, lighting and finishes go in, the house is cleaned through, and we walk round it with you.

Can you renovate a house while we’re living in it?
Often, yes. We’ll phase the work room by room where possible so you keep a working kitchen and bathroom for as long as we can.
Do you remove load-bearing walls?
Yes. We work to a structural engineer’s calculations, install the correct steel beam and padstones, and make sure Building Control signs the work off.
Do you handle electrics and plumbing?
We coordinate all the trades your renovation needs, including qualified electricians and plumbers, so you only deal with us.
Where do we start with a big renovation?
With a conversation. We’ll walk through the property with you, talk about what you want to achieve and suggest a sensible order of works — then put it all in a written quote.
